Silverlight Controls - Licenses
We have recently changed the licensing conditions and also increased the number of licensing options available for the Liquid Controls. Those of you who have existing agreements with us are not affected by these changes.
Liquid Controls License Information
By using or installing the Liquid Controls library, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. As used in this License Agreement, "You" shall mean the individual using or installing the Software together with any individual or entity, including but not limited to your employer, on whose behalf you are acting in using or installing the Software.
Basic License - Free
The Basic License permits you to install the Liquid controls library on any number of websites within your company. You may also install and use the Software on an unlimited number of developer workstations.
Low priority support for implementing these controls in your own websites is provided, with typical response times of 2 - 3 weeks. You can upgrade to priority support for only $149 per year, see our 1 Year Priority Support option.

Custom Builds (Valid for 1 Year) - (US)$49
The Custom Build option allows you to specify which controls you want in the DLL thus reducing the size of your overall XAP download, for example you may only be interested in using the TreeView control and would like a DLL that is 20kb rather than 200kb+.
This option works in conjunction with the Basic License and the Redistributable License. You can specify 1 build per version and this is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Redistributable License - (US)$99
The Redistributable License allows you to redistribute the Liquid Controls library within your own products. This is valid for all current and future versions of the controls library.
Low priority support for implementing these controls in your own websites is provided however you can purchase priority support for $149.

Source Code License - (US)$599
The Source code license includes the full Visual Studio 2008 C# project of the Liquid Controls library. It includes all of the benefits of the Redistributable and Custom Build Options and is best for companies that plan to modify the controls both visually (XAML) or functionally or you simply wish to have access to the code for security reasons.
