RichTextBox how to clear value ? Posted: Aug 30, 2011
 

Hi Guys have this Scenario,


.1 i am displaying RichTextBox  and asking user to input some text,

.2 then i am saving into html and sending this html to database

.3 hide the RichTextBox


----


.4 user come 2nd time and hit again button to create more defination ,

.5 i show the RichTextBox again to asking user to type new values,


i am fail to empty old value from RichTextBox


i have tried this


richTextBox.ClearSelection();

richTextBox.Clear();

richTextBox.HTML = "";  

richTextBox.Text  = "";


but its does not clear value  please help me ..

ok , i have modified following line but need some one help if this is the correct way to do , its wokring fine for me not sure about others
