Licensing Options? Posted: Sep 22, 2009

Under the Download option, there is a "Conditions of Use" option that indicates that refers me to the "Licensing Options" to learn what I would need to do to use these controls commercially. However, I cannot find anything that refers to "Licensing Options" in either a search or on the Site Map.

Can you please direct me to this page?

thx,

david

Hi David,

This text has been changed now and a proper license page created.  You can view the Basic License page here.

Thanks!

Hi

So does the basic license allows use of your controls in commercial applications? The licence says:

"You may install and use the software on your own or your company websites and intranets."

So can I use it on my company's website if we're charging our clients for use of our application?

Best regards,

Michal

Hi Michal,

Yes you can. It was not clear on the original license page and I have updated it to reflect this.  Basically the controls are free to use in your personal or commercial applications, the only thing we ask is that you give credit somewhere in your application in form of a link back to this site.

Thanks!

I'd second that, Dan. Appreciate all the effort you've gone to and that you've not merely "followed the dollar".

Thanks
