Website Options

This admin tool allows to configure certain aspects of the CMS.  Some of the options available here are only available to users with a Professional license.

General

The General Website Options tab

WYSIWYG Editor Enabled

This setting enables/disables the background HTML overlay.  When this is disabled you cannot see the background template but can otherwise use the CMS editor in the same way as normal.

Enable Page Approval

This setting determines whether pages must be approved before going live.  If you disable page approval a page will be approved when you click the Publish button in the CMS editor.

Enable Spell checker

This simply enables/disables the real-time spell checker.

Default to Source View

When this is enabled the source HTML view of your page content is visible.

Google Sitemap Generation

This option determines the frequency value that is written to the sitemap.

Email Server

This should be the name of your email server, all emails will be sent using this setting.

Re-Index All Pages

Clicking this will re-index all page content.  Indexed content is used by the website search modules.  Due to the potential size of content it may take some time to perform the re-index.

Languages

The Languages tab is for Professional license users only.

The Languages Website Options tab

Default Language

This option specifies the default language used by the CMS system (a Professional license is required for this).

Languages in Use

By default only English is available, however you can add additional languages that can then be switched between in the CMS Editor using the Language selector in the lower part of the screen.

The Multi Language module provides a method for website visitors to change the current language.

Page Comments

This tab allows you to configure the Page Comments Module (a Professional license is required for this).

The Site Options Comments Tab

Allow Anonymous Posts

When this option is set any website visitor can post a comment to a page.  Clear this option to ensure only registered users of your website can post comments.

Comments Must be Approved

If this options is checked then each comment must be approved using the Page Comments admin tool.  Clear this option and all comments will automatically be approved.

Email From

All comment related emails will appear to come from this.

Email Subject

All comments will have this as its email title

Email Body Template

The actual email body content for a comment.  Notice the use of placeholders to insert dynamic content.

Forum

This tab allows you to configure the options for the Forum module (a Professional license is required for this)

Special Pages

This page allows you to set pages used throughout the system for common tasks.

Category Home Page

This is used to specify the root page for category pages which is used by the Related Links module.

Unsubscribe Page

This is the page website visitors will be taken when they want to unsubscribe from a page.
